AAA I can't think of any other video XD This was made by a Filipino.
We have many underfunded art/culture projects huhuhu (artists, as well as researchers, scientists and inventors are being belittled)... and now the government's gonna tax our books. ;A; [/grievance] Oh, and for the "promotion" part, we have great beaches and wildlife/marine life. Haha XD

Yeah... you'd think there'd be enough funds for that, since we're being taxed for almost everything. Next thing you know, the government's gonna tax every oxygen atom we inhale.

i got really upset when i saw the book tax thing on tv. they have so many other things that they could add taxes to, why books?

(only educational and reference books are excluded, and a number of people don't even buy anymore. they just borrow from whoever or they photocopy from the library.)
